Wrapping of overflowing span incorrect when padding applied

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open fiddle in Chrome and run.

What is the expected behavior?
The second span should be wrapped over three lines and no characters should be clipped.

What went wrong?
The final 'C' character is clipped at the end of the second line.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.79  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

This works great in Firefox, and even in IE (although box-decoration-break is not supported there so the padding is incorrect)

Able to reproduce the issue on Chrome Stable# 51.0.2704.84 on Windows, Mac and Linux.
This is a Regression issue from M37 builds. Below is the CL,
