Space before peeking card doesn't update on orientation changes

Chrome version: 53.0.2761.0 (trunk)
Device: Pixel C

Steps to reproduce:
1) Enable snippets
2) Turn tablet to portrait, open NTP
3) Turn tablet to landscape

Observed:
The space below the Most Likely tiles stays the same, pushing the peeking card out of sight.

I can't reproduce this on my Nexus 5, but that could be because there is no additional space below the Most Likely tiles.
