captcha changes pictures and i can't fullfill the captcha.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. tried to fulfill captcha task
2. clicked the right pictures
3. the right pictures just kept changing to new ones

What is the expected behavior?
i wanted the captcha to remember the pictures i clicked and let me submit the form. 
i did not expect the pictures to change

What went wrong?

Did this work before? Yes yesterday

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3

Hi, thanks for the report. Can you provide some more information about what's happening here? For example, what website were you on -- is that a Google website?

(Re-triaging as a regular bug and not a security vuln.)

Marking the above issue as Wontfix, due to lack of user response. Also, the above issue is not reproducible on chrome latest stable version '51.0.2704.106'. 

However, feel free to report a new issue if encountered with similar issue again with newer version of chrome.
