Non-Regression: Info bubble of overwrite checkbox is seen misplaced when changed to Arabic language.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In OOBE screen change language to Arabic >> Open any image in gallery >> Hit "e" for edit menu >> Observe for overwrite original checkbox and Info bubble.

Expected: Both Info bubble and Checkbox should be on same side.
Actual: Instead Info bubble is on right and Check box is on left ends of gallery.

This is Non-regression issue as same behavior is seen in 47.0.2526.106/7520.63.0 stable channel daisy.

@yawano: Please confirm the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Gnawty using chrome version 53.0.2759.0/8418.0.0
