Regression: Tooltip of slide show button is seen cut in gallery when language is arabic

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) In OOBE screen change language to Arabic >> Open any image in gallery >> Hover on slideshow button and observe tooltip

Expected: Tooltip should be fully seen.
Actual: Instead tooltip is seen cut for slideshow button.

This is a regression issue as it is working fine in 47.0.2526.106/7520.63.0 stable channel daisy.

@yawano: Please confirm the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Gnawty using chrome version 53.0.2759.0/8418.0.0
