Issue description
Chrome Version : 50.0.2661.102 Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit)

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Firefox: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a web page with several titled stylesheets (including one default) via
<link rel="stylesheet" title="Default" href="default.css" />
<link rel="alternate stylesheet" title="Title1" href="alt1.css" />
...
(2) Load the page.
What is the expected result?
The stylesheets marked rel="alternate stylesheet" are disabled, and the one marked "stylesheet" is enabled:

What happens instead?
All stylesheets with title attributes are disabled.

Hello,
Sorry about this; I tracked the issue to a browser extension ("Alt CSS"
0.9.4.3) that was installed, which seems to initialize incorrectly. It
doesn't happen when the extension is removed.
