Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 using chrome latest stable M51-51.0.2704.79. Observed no crashes while working on settings.

Is this issue seen consistently on your machine? Is there any crash ID's seen under chrome://crahes. If yes, Could you please provide those Id's for further triaging.

Thanks!
There was no ID, fixed by reinstalling Erthon USB Drivers (found that solution on net and it worked).
As per comment #2 closing this issue. Please raise a new issue if you come across the similar one on latest chrome versions.
