Segmentation Fault at startup

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2758.0
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome Canary

What is the expected result?
Be able to interact with the browser

What happens instead of that?
Immediate crash:

Segmentation Fault 11

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 53.0.2758.0 

Could you please provide the crash id from chrome://crashes for further investigation.

This has also been occurring for me for the past 4 or 5 days of Canary releases.  My most recent crash ID is: 385f6cdc00000000

It looks like disabling all extensions allows me to use Canary regularly again, but .. with no extension support at all :/

Version: 53.0.2760.0 - Canary
OS: OS X 10.11.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
