Autocomplete doesn't work in Chrome Apps.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a simple Application with an HTML form using traditional <form> and <input> tags.
2. Set autocomplete="on" in both tags. And set type="url" for input tag.
3. Execute application
4. Input "data", and accept it.
5. Reinit the form and write "da", but options does not appear.

What is the expected behavior?
If you input a text and accept it, the next time the input autocomplete it if you start writting.

What went wrong?
No autocomplete.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.94  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I set "storage" option in manifest.

I wrote this simple test to show the problem. Is a Form like http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_input_autocomplete.asp
but only one text input.

Thanks for the update.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 51.0.2704.84.Able to see the autocomplete word without any issues.Please find the attached screen cast and confirm anything missed here.

Request you once please try the issue by upgrading chrome to latest stable and update the thread if the issue still persist.
