Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome Remote Desktop App 2. My current Computer does not appear in the list 3. Bang head on keyboard What is the expected behavior? I should see my computer in the list of computers when I open the CRD app. To be very clear, I am talking about not seeing the computer I am sitting at in the list of available computers. I can't enable a computer that does not exist. What went wrong? CRD had been working (mostly) fine for a long time. There was some problem where my computer could not be accessed remotely. So I decided to remove the computer and try again. I cannot figure any way to make my computer show up in the list again. I haven't been able to find any help in many web searches for this. Here is the last thing that I tried: 1. Uninstall the CRD app. 2. Sign out of Chrome. 3. Clear all caches from the beginning of time. 4. Shutdown the computer 5. Turn the computer back on. 6. Open Chrome and sign in. 7. Install the CRD app. I have tried various combinations of the above. What else could I do? What more debugging info can I provide? Is there a log that I can look at that will give me an error message? I have been without CRD for more than a month now. Now I have to get out of bed and walk over to my computer, instead of just using my iPad to do stuff :-). WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-remote-desktop/gbchcmhmhahfdphkhkmpfmihenigjmpp?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon Did this work before? Yes A month ago Chrome version: 51.0.2704.79 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 I wish there was some message in the CRD help for what to do if you computer doesn't show up on the list of available computers. I remember that this happened once before. This time, I am going to have the solution tattooed on my person!

Could you try accessing it using another account using the green 'Share' button to rule out connection issues?

I can access the computer that is greyed out in the picture (when that computer is on), so I know I can connect to other computers. But even if I couldn't, I should still be able to see my own computer in this list. I don't have another computer in the house to test with using the green share button.

I have noticed that the Preference Pane looks like this (see attached image). It says "Remote Connections to this computer are disabled" and the button where that says "Disable Remote Connections" is greyed out. I went into Time Machine and recovered a Preference Page from before all this started. I installed it and restarted my computer (which was probably overkill). Still nothing.
