Mash wallpaper picker doesn't hide inactive windows. |
||||||
Issue descriptionMash wallpaper picker doesn't hide inactive windows. (1) Open chrome --mash (2) Right click desktop (3) "Set wallpaper..." Actual: The open Chrome, etc. window(s) are still visible. Expected: Inactive windows are hidden to show the desktop wallpaper. See WindowStateManager::[MinimizeInactiveWindows|RestoreWindows]: https://codereview.chromium.org/1984433002/diff/620001/chrome/browser/chromeos/extensions/wallpaper_private_api.cc#newcode174 The're stubbed out for now because they rely on an ash::Shell instance in Chrome.
