With crrev.com/2028303002, the chromium-rel-mac11 regressions appear to have recovered (and we even show an overall improvement).

The chromium-rel-mac-hdd regressions have mixed results - many of the original regressions have only partially recovered, however on aggregate (accross all 25 sites) we seem to mostly improve. I'll look into this a bit more.
