Avatars do not appear in the user list today, so making this a feature request.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.

@Tommy: I only see this UI in ChromeOS these days. Is this still relevant? Also adding Steven to help triaging this.

That UI should be ChromeOS only. 

But that should exist so long as Supervised Users exists as a feature for ChromeOS.

I leave it to the ChromeOS folks to decide whether or not this is still an active feature request or if it's no longer a priority.

This feature is for restricted sign-in, not Supervised users, so remains a valid feature request.

I'm not sure who, if anyone, is triaging CrOS Settings feature requests at this point.
