Unify PointerEvents and MouseEvents

Currently we work with pointer events in mus server, but since client apps don't support pointer events yet, we have to convert them to MouseEvent or TouchEvent before passing the event to clients.

Summary: Unify PointerEvents and MouseEvents (was: Support pointer events in views)
MouseEvents are really a special case of PointerEvents. We should remove MouseEvent and use PointerEvent everywhere.
