Inspector tooltip/overlay text is way too small (native?)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Be in recommended resolution on samus
(2) Open Dev Tools and start to select an element on the page to inspect

The overlay text with element metadata is way too small.

This bug seems to appear on 52 Beta, but not on 51 Stable.  It doesn't seem like the result of any CSS styling on the overlay page.

Hi oshima@, do you have any idea of where this might be coming from?

This is due to use-zoom-for-dsf change. I have a partial fix, but not full. I'll fix it by next week.
