What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, go to above test URL and click on 'Multi-PopUp Test' link.
2. Press F6 to shift focus on omnibox and press Tab key, observe the focus ring on 'Pop up icon'.

Actual : 'Dashed border' focus ring is seen on 'Pop up' icon instead of grey focus ring in Omnibox.
Expected : Instead, grey focus ring should be seen on 'Pop up' icon in Omnibox.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-53 (Build 53.0.2750.0)

Note : Above issue is not reproducible on Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4) OS.
