Regression: Tab crashes on reloading drive page when timeline is recording.

Version: 53.0.2754.0/8405.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peach_pit,jerry.
OS: Chrome-OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Navigate to google drive page>>Open devtools 
(2)In dev tools navigate to Timeline tab>>Start recording by clicking on record icon or by using ctrl+E shortcut>>Once the recording starts click on reload button in drive page and Observe.

Expected:Drive Page should reload successfully without any crash.
Actual: Instead tab crashes.
Note:If no crash is seen at the first instance repeat step 2 to see the crash.

This is a regression issue as issue is not seen in 50.0.2661.103/7978.74.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy.

Note:This issue is not seen in parrot-Version: 53.0.2754.0/8405.0.0 (Official Build)

If this issue is repro on 51 then this doesn't look like a regression. We should be ok to make this a non-RBB at this point. songsuk@?

I'm seeing the crash once on Ubuntu 14.04/Chrome 53.0.2785.21. Will provide crash Id when I get.

Since the issue is observed on M51, remove the RBB.

Unable to repro this issue on latest build #57.0.2987.75/9202.37.0 beta channel quawks. No tab crash is seen on reloading drive page when timeline is recording.
