Resolution media query does not take effect on page zoom

Try zoom in with the attached dpr.html. The window.matchMedia() listener triggers, but there is no green background. If you reload, the background turns green.

Clear media query rulesets on page zoom changes.

Otherwise, resolution media queries won't update properly when page
zoom changes. Changing the deviceScaleFactor already did this. Also,
matchMedia listeners already worked.
