Issue description

"authorize_adb_devices" is flaky.

Adding Android sheriffs in Cc in case they can have a look.
There is a similarly looking bug 604568.

I bet this is just a result of linux_android_rel_ng being switched to swarming, and only happened three times around 2016-06-03 01:46:51 UTC, which is when that was happening.

I'm going to close this.
