Regression:Weird white line is seen on left side after clicking on page for pdf file

Issue description

Chrome Version: 53.0.2756.0 (Official Build)Revision 9af040a364c15bdc2adeea794e173a2c529a3ddc-refs/heads/master@{#397359} (64-bit)
OS:Mac (10.10.5 , 10.11.4),Mac Retina (10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf
2.Click on 'print' button from top, click anywhere on the page and observe.

Actual: Weird white line is seen on left side after clicking on page.

Expected: Weird white line should not be seen after clicking on page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M52' and will soon update other info.

I spent a while looking at this, and this was actually broken in M46. The fact that it only appeared now is a coincidence of timing. I've filed  issue 617824  on the root cause. That has a prototype of a fix.

Removing RBS because the root cause has been there since M46.
