"Getting Started" page contains non-Retina images.

Project Member Reported by lgar...@chromium.org, Jun 3 2016

Issue description

Chrome 53.0.2756.0
OSX 10.11.5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome on a Retina screen with a fresh user-data-dir
(2) Click on the second tab "Getting Started"

What is the expected output?
All images should be crisp.

What do you see instead?
Many images are pixelated.

It seems sad that we pay so much attention to making the browser pixel-perfect, but the first page we show (apart from the login page) has glaring pixel issues.

mmccoy@, it seems you were involved with the pages; could you pass this on to the right person?

The first run pages are definitely due an overhaul and upgrade since they were built before hi-DPI screens were around. I think this is happening but not sure of the time scale (ewald@ and cleer@ are involved).

The current page is owned by marketing and we'll have to find the original assets.

We're redesigning the entire FRE. We're no longer going to display this marketing page.

The timeline is still a bit up in the air. I think M54 is likely at this point.
