Floating text in-front of Google logo in search results

Behavior in Safari 4.x/5.x: Unable to check
Behavior in Firefox 3.x/4.x: Same result as in Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to advanced search
(2)Search anything, but set 'last update' to any option other than 'anytime'
(3)While in search results, click on search box and press 'enter' on the keyboard or search for something else

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 51.0.2704.84 and canary

But the same can be seen in other browsers as well which means this is not a chrome specific issue.
