Tray menu volume slider is "stuck" oscillating back and forth across different volumes |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2743.0 dev OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (Not sure if some specific trigger puts things in this state; nothing unusual has been happening on this device, otherwise...) (1) Play back a Livestream or something. (2) Try to change the system volume via the tray menu. What is the expected output? Expect that I can choose a new volume. What do you see instead? Instead the volume slider goes crazy and gets "stuck" always-on-top, oscillating wildly between different volume levels.

Filed feedback including the text " crbug.com/616906 ". Un-plugging my headphones "fixes" things so the volume stops oscillating around.
