Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to http://trac.webkit.org/export/41842/trunk/LayoutTests/scrollbars/overflow-scrollbar-combinations.html
2. set 'cursor: text' to div
3. set 'cursor: pointer' to scrollbar
What is the expected behavior?
The scrollbar has pointer cursor while the div content different one - the text cursor.
What went wrong?
Setting cursor css property doesn't change real mouse cursor when mouse is hovering on scrollbar.
