Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to any web page
2. Open developer tools
3. You will see most of the UI, DOM, icons are not showing. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Either the developer tools is completely blank, or the icons and arrows aren't showing.

Did this work before? Yes Last version was working. I cannot remember precisely. I noticed it last week.

Chrome version: 53.0.2754.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Sometimes it shows at least the DOM, but most of the time it doesn't show anything.
