Regression:In devtools,Text is not displayed properly after selecting 'Kindle fire HDX' device

Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2743.24 Revision 334afe94883b731af3eacab708ac03ba796d5c5b-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#181}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4) URL:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url. (2)Open devtools and click on "Toggle device toolbar" option. (3)Select 'Kindle fire HDX' device from responsive drop down list and observe the text. Actual:Text is not displayed properly.i.e appears to be blurred. Expected:Text should be seen properly.
