OS: Windows 10(Touch Device)

Pre-condition: 1. Enable Material Design history from chrome://flags.
               2. Create some history by navigating any webpage.

Steps:
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history.
2. Tap/touch on multiple entries instantly and observe.

Actual: Entries check-box is not checked via tap/touch on multiple entries instantly though grey focus is seen.

Expected: Entries check-box should be checked via tap/touch on multiple entries one after another instantly.


This is a non-regression issue seen from 'M-50', build no-50.0.2638.0

Note: 1. Issue is touch device specific, same works fine on mouse click
      2. This is a new feature introduce in M-50
