Regression:Weird patches are seen on tabstrip after toggling out of fullscreen mode.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2743.24 (Official Build)Revision 334afe94883b731af3eacab708ac03ba796d5c5b-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#181} (64-bit) OS:Mac Retina (10.11.4),Mac (10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome and install lone tree theme from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lone-tree/hfmkllfplegemejikoabfpjdaoncphip?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon 2.After loading the theme click on fullscreen icon from top left, again toggle out of fullscreen mode,observe. Actual: Weird patches are seen on tabstrip after toggling out of fullscreen mode. Expected: No such patches should be seen on tabstrip after toggling out of fullscreen mode. This is a regression issue broken in 'M48' and will soon update other info.
