[Daisy] "USB keyboard connected" displayed when nothing is connected; Touchpad does not work |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome : 52.0.2743.19 (Official Build) dev (32-bit) Platform: 8350.14.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Recover the device with USB stick (2) Remove USB stick (3) Wait until the device reboot What is the expected output? "USB keyboard connected" should not be displayed Touchpad should work What do you see instead? "USB keyboard connected" is displayed Touchpad does not work - After sign in the device using external mouse, build-in mouse still not work, and there is a message like "Bluetooth device "someone's mouse" has been paired..." - After reboot the device, everything works fine. Regression as the issue was not seen in ChromeOS build 8350.13.0, 52.0.2743.11

Helen please retry after powerwash, and also after another recovery. See how consistent this is. If it is not reproducible - remove RBS label.
