Steps to reproduce the problem:
Windows only.  No repro on OSX.

1. Go to hangouts, create a new room, join room
2. Share screen (you may have to share a large screen, or have multiple monitors?)
3. Notice that the mouse flickers while sharing the screen.

What is the expected behavior?
The mouse does not flicker.

What went wrong?
I'm not sure.  There's a semi-related bug I found with firefox: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1053264 - it's possible there's a relationship.

Reproduced on Windows 7.  Seems worse with certain monitors/monitor combinations.  Flicker ranges from almost unnoticeable to annoying.
