It's possible that the custom fullscreen transition might partially cause the fullscreen issue. However, results from pattilor had indicated that when we disable custom fullscreen transition, we hit the OSX's system DCHECK in didFailToEnterFullscreen so that might not be the case.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
