SVG xlink:href link doesn't work

Reported by oktawia....@gmail.com, Jun 1 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : https://www.sportbenzin.ch/
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: OK (Version 9.1 (11601.5.17.1))
    Firefox: OK (Version 46.0.1)
         IE: -

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On the left side of the top bar, identify four links composing a triangle (when you hover on them they become orange)
(2) Click at any of them

What is the expected result?
Redirection to the requested URL

What happens instead?
The website refreshes but it doesn't redirect to the desired location

xlink:href work properly on Firefox and Safari, they don't on chrome. Isn't chrome supposed to support both SVG 1.1 and SVG 2?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Components: Blink>SVG
Labels: Needs-Bisect
Status: Available (was: Unconfirmed)
Summary: SVG xlink:href link doesn't work (was: SVG xlink:href doesn't work)
Confirmed that navigation only leads to the same page (somewhat indicating that we get an empty string when we shouldn't.) Suspecting SVGAnimatedHref, should probably try a build before that was added (375192).

You are probably looking for a change made after 375185 (known good), but no later than 375193 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
  https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/896099f64009e6f10a0a69263b65ff44d0064a42..a4b265467f94e3e5d173868f2781d43ddc2c69aa

So looks like 375192 was indeed the culprit.
