If there is something wrong with CRAS, the same noise pattern should be seen in low volume case and high volume case. If there is something wrong with Chameleon, we should have seen this before. On the other hand, audio_AudioBasicHeadphone test runs fine on chromeos1-row1-rack4-host2 for the same build: https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/testrun/unfiltered?test_ids=306491159 I think the next step is to check whether audio_AudioVolume.headphone test pass on chromeos1-row1-rack4-host2.
