Unable to reproduce the issue using the link provide, navigated to SBI website, request you to please update chrome to the latest stable available 51.0.2704.79. Please update us with your observations. Thanks.!

I checked with Chrome Version "51.0.2704.84 m". Still issue is available. I am not able to open below URL. URL: https://retail.onlinesbi.com/retail/login.htm

On which version of Windows you are observing this issue, we are able to load the web site on Windows 7, Windows 10 for chrome version 51.0.2704.84. The issue isn't with the browser -- the ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION error clearly indicates a faulty server configuration that prevents the use of TLS' built-in version negotiation, Request you to please check your firewall settings and restore it to default settings and givea try. Please update us with your observations.

The problem is just in this chrome browser. The website opens in firefox edge. I'm on windows 10
