What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url.
(2) Click on 'Options' icon on video and select 'Print', observe.

Blank print preview is seen.

Print preview should seen blank.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-51'(51.0.2670.0)

Note: Before that nothing is happened after clicking on 'Print' option.
