What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> go to Files.app>> go to add new services>> click on install from webstore>> try to click on install button of any app>> and again click on the close button of add new services window>> and observe
Expected: Add app dialog of that app should not be opened after closing the add new services windows
Actual: Instead Add app dialog is seen opened even after closing the add new services windows (Refer screen cast)
This is a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen in M50: 50.0.2661.103/7978.74.0 stable-channel Daisy as well
Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
Issue is seen in M53 as well
