Large video in Drive takes long time to start playing (before it's cached). |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome : 50.0.2657.0 Platform : daisy What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Download http://distribution.bbb3d.renderfarming.net/video/mp4/bbb_sunflower_1080p_60fps_stereo_abl.mp4 into Drive. 2. Open it from Files app. What is the expected output? It should immediately start. What do you see instead? Progress indicator is shown for ~ 1 minute or more. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always.

I tried substituting video.src with the url computed with chrome.fileManagerPrivate.getDownloadUrl(), but then the video becomes jumpy.
