What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open two tabs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The username button in the upper right uses a white shadow to help increase visibility for certain themes (busy-theme-username.png).

However, this  looks inconsistent for the default theme, because the the tab text does *not* have a shadow (despite being the same text color on the same background color – or at least very close).
