Can't change zoom level on a crashed page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit chrome://crash
(2) Observe that the zoom level is always 100%

This seems like an accessibility issue.  Ideally, a crashed page should render at whatever zoom level the user was using, and should be changeable.
