[Mac][MaterialDesign] Bookmarks Bar: Hover states on the Bookmarks Bar and in Folders have different padding on the right side

OS: 10.11.5

After https://codereview.chromium.org/2013523005 has been land again I noticed that the hover states on the Bookmarks Bar and in Folders have different padding on the right side. I think on the Bar it is 4pt and in the folder it is 2pt on the right side. In both cases the left side is 2pt. May be it should be consistent 2 pt (or 4pt) on both sites? What do you think?

Can't reproduce it any longer. Seems to fixed with the latest BMB tweaks.
