Recipe roller crrev links to commits fail to resolve properly

it has two lines as below:

recipe_engine:
  https://crrev.com/afdd33be7384ba93833d598c45d9c9daff9f165a splitlines instead of split() (martiniss@chromium.org)


the URL isn't redirecting to recipe engine's repo, but defaults to chromium one.

This can be classified as bug in crrev though, which is also Platforms domain :)
