Improvements to the announce header.

Removes some dead links, splits masters into masters+tryservers,
and adds some masters which weren't listed previously.

Yes, sorry, I didn't mark fixed because I didn't explicitly deploy this myself. Now that it has been deployed, this is definitely fixed.
