Refactor BlimpEngineSession to be more easily testable

Now that BlimpEngineSession is working, and the implementation is pretty stable, it would be valuable to refactor it to be more testable.

We should at least be able to break out parts of the functionality into easily unit-testable components, even if BlimpEngineSession itself is only a browser-test tested component.
