App launcher has jank during swipe

The app launcher janks weirdly when you swipe between pages and beyond. 
With touch it seems more reasonable but with mouse it sometimes can't device which page to go to ans oscillates. Same with overflow. It fells like a super quick move while with touch it is pretty smooth.
