New tabs in incognito widow produces screen flashes

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8350.2.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8350.2.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open incognito window 2. open a new tab 3. screen flashes before new tab is opened What is the expected behavior? I'm able to repro this on M51 on Linux as well. I'm thinking this should get rolled into bug 470669 |
