Regression: Weird traces is observed on scrolling the page in "play.google.com"

Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2743.19 Revision b25ac237c4e0eee088839ade87facf7b04ee3a16-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#129} OS:Windows(7,8,10) URL: https://play.google.com/store/books What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome,Navigate to above URl. (2)Scroll the page up/down and observe. Actual: Weird traces is observed on scrolling the page. Expected:Weird traces should not be observed on scrolling the page. This is a regression issue broken in M-52. Manual Regression range: Good Build:52.0.2730.0 Bad Build:52.0.2733.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/344cbb8e333de10772422db6d0e60b14ea34ae98..1e7d66ca32345881ae135af6ed712d3571f9b9e9?pretty=fuller&n=1000 Suspecting: r392850? Note:Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS. Please help me to reassign this issue,if your change is not cause for it.

The bisect appears incorrect. I think the real cause is partial raster.

It's an incomplete invalidation when the fixed-position header loses its backing. Either we are failing to invalidate, or the invalidation doesn't include the shadow. I would guess the latter. Next step is to reduce.
