Regression: Weird black traces is seen on windows options (i.e. Max,Min and Close button) after applying theme.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above url and click on 'ADD TO CHROME'
(2) After adding above theme, observe on the windows options (i.e. Max,Min and Close button)

Weird black traces is seen on windows options (i.e. Max,Min and Close button).

No such traces should seen on windows options (i.e. Max,Min and Close button).

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-51', below is bisect info:

Good Build: 51.0.2688.0
Bad Build: 51.0.2689.0

No, any third_party/WebKit changed don't affect this part of UI.
Maybe a skia roll?
