Issue descriptionChrome Version:52.0.2743.19 (Official Build)Revision b25ac237c4e0eee088839ade87facf7b04ee3a16-refs/branch-heads/2743@{#129}(32/64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) Pr-condition: 1. Enable Material Design history from chrome://flags. 2. Create some history by navigating any webpage. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history. 2.Press 'tab' key from keyboard till focus reaches 'check box' 3.Observe the circular highlight at bottom Actual: Highlight on checkbox is not displayed properly after pressing tab key.(i.e appears chopped from bottom & Left side) Expected: Highlight on checkbox should be properly displayed after pressing tab key. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M50' series i.e from build no 50.0.2638.0

We're changing the height of the rows to 44px, which might help with this.
