Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither? Video issue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) access ANY youtube video
(2) put full screen
(3) use home + D ( Windows + D ) shortcut to the desktop in Windows
(4) back to the chrome window or use home + D ( Windows + D ) again

What is the expected result?
Open the audio and video in full screen, or open the video usually without full screen.

What is the actual result?
The screen returns with audio, but with blank video.
It is impossible to return with ESC or any other command.
It should close the chrome and lose all current information.
