Looking at net log there are many sockets getting opened and connected to syllabusss.com:80, with request being sent but no response data being received before they are closed. I'm also able to navigate to http://syllabuss.com. If the issue is still reproducible in latest stable chrome, could you test other browsers to verify that this issue is specific to chrome and not the network or server configuration.
